    Kelsey Hayes Magstar Wheels

Hello I have four. In good to excellent condition, and I recently repainted them as I wanted to sell them. I just never got round to buying the centers but those are easy enough to get hold of I reckon. I am in San Diego.

    All the P6’s in Wisconsin.....

Now spotted in California close to me. Nothing changed except the price doubled. Oh and it is a P5 now: 1966 Rover 2000 p5 - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive... Optimistic to sell a P6 for anything above peanut prices round here. But this might take the biscuit. I might think...

    Clunk from PAS Box

I just put everything back in! The play is definitely in the linkage overall, and it appears to be the box. So not quite as easy as it would have been a few months ago and a lot more annoying as I hoped I was past the stage where big spanners are needed.

    Clunk from PAS Box

Hi I did check the bottom nut and the bill joints, and all appear right. I had tried turning in the sector adjusting screw with little optimism and that made no difference.

    Clunk from PAS Box

Hello just as I got to thinking I might make some progress on my restoration that commenced seemingly somewhere near to the end of the Cretaceous Period, I have a knocking clunking sound that seems to be coming from the PAS box on my NADA. There’s no fluid in it, and it happens when you move...

    2000 Auto Seattle USA

Hello And for that year it should have the (nicer, I think) R O V E R in small size above the license / number plate instead of the big bertha R O V E R on the bottom left of the boot. I think that the bigger letters can look wonky. I am also guilty of trunk misappropriation as my NADA has...

    2000 Auto Seattle USA

Curious that it has the wrong trunk. I would be inclined to put a fake UK plate on there and relocate the indigenous plate, and there's been investment in the monster rear head rests. I just did that. If I had space I might be tempted, well actually I still am even though I don't. But sadly...

    3500S in Wine Country

If anyone wanted it, I would buy it and then ship it to the UK. But I would have already robbed out the AC and console panel...............

    3500S in Wine Country

Personally I am coveting the factory AC and AC controls panel that looks uncracked. Is that worth two grand? Hmmm. Hope someone saves this: 1970 Rover P6 3500S - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive... And I was just up in Santa Rosa a few weeks ago.

    Result of inattentive driving...

Where is that? I was just at Mels in San Marcos yesterday and he mentioned a P5 saloon. I wondered if this is it.

    P6 Estate + Federal 3500 S in Tucson (USA)

I just drove past Tucson last week. I think that 5 grand sounds like he has been on the special substances, for what looks like scrap, although I must say I do have some unrealistic curiosity about these. On my trip to New Mexico through AZ I was wondering if there were any Rovers lurking in all...

    Happy New Year

“Rovering without mishap”. What is that? I didn’t know it was one of the options. Whatever it is, I like the sound of it and I for one would welcome some of it in 2020 and wish it on everyone else......

    Future of the forum

Yes, but one can’t go AWOL for days and let it fall into disrepute / disrepair so it’s quite a task you have taken on for the benefit of others. I am sure nobody will argue with that or the reasons for passing it on.

    Future of the forum

Maybe for people watching but not yet sticking their oar in, it might be useful to mention a guesstimate on the hours per week required to administer the site? Ignoring for now the skills required to do it, even though one is clearly related to the other. I expect it’s harder to answer than ask!!
