well you can do both, the comma sonic and europa both have more than enough zinc and phos and its only about £11 or £12 for 5 litres the api spec is SF from memory so thats fine too so you can have a good spec oil and change it often too, your engine will love you! BTW I dont work for comma...

Re: Egine oil for P6B comma sonic 20w50 or comma europa 15w50 is only £12 for 5L and has much more than the minimum zddp and exceed the recommeneded API spec for the RV8, available from most motorfactors on online with a google search. I hope this helps
