The Nada cars are weighed down with air con and power steering which all use the engine to run i believe aswell as all the extra smog gear.... will not be as fast as a GB spec 3500s... more suffocated

This is how i did mine. My friend made me a frame from scaffolding. He has put a v8 in a p5 like this years ago. Used a block and tackle and moved the car backwards as we lifted the engine. No ramps etc. Put it back in the same way. Bit tight but worked fine. Just watch the starter solenoid! :)
Very nice :) sounds good. I think they sound better with the middle can. Some remove the middle box and they sound really aggressive.. nice but it dosent suit these cars. This is sounding lovely
hmm lovely, this is pretty much what ill be doing but keeping the original system in steel and having a new bit of stainless pipe made for the last section... hopefully with a dummy back box just for the original look. Can't wait to hear it going some...don't let us down :)
For me a ford mustang, 64.5 to 1973 i'm hoping to replace my p6 with one in a few years.... it wont be a big block for that price but ill be happy with a 289 or 302.
