    SCAM Warning

The database isnt on the internet - firewalled and only accessible from the webserver itself, so i cant see a way that it could be possible. In the meantime I suggest you change your password.

Ok. It's not a forum issue. These are people that have had their passwords compromised by data leaks. Anyone can spoof the source of an email. Check this site out for how. Will also tell you if your information has been stolen https://haveibeenpwned.com/ Passwords for the forum are rainbow...

Yes these chain reactions are far reaching but you have to 'reframe' normal and carry on. Lovely to hear you have some decent motors to have fun with.

Power spark distributor with electroninic ignition

Supposedly it's suitable but I've been told by others it's closer to a range rover in timing curve

Power spark distributor with electroninic ignition

I had a powerspark on mine. The first one was too tight to fit the oil pump shaft. Life isn't as long as it should be. I had to replace again about 5 years later... Kept ejecting rotor arms and mashing the cap.

I did... Now I can't run or cycle or swim outdoors. Gotta stick to indoor swimming and maybe some very light core exercises now.

Hi all. Over the last month or 2 i've listened to a great number of opinions about what we should do and the right way to handle this. I'm aware that we have all put a lot of our lives into the forum, so I've been thinking quite hard about what we should do. I'm of the opinion that the best...

@chrisw I'd expect informing all email logins to the forum with a couple of weeks notice would give people time to login and change them. Gdpr wasn't a thing when I took over but data protection was. The rules are similar just enforced.

Hi, A little update on this. Mr Falkor is very keen to try and install a copy of xenforo and use a copy of the forum database to create a test site to see if he could support and work with xenforo. Before we do that we need the forum members to agree that they are happy with this. Thoughts...

Usually about 10 minutes a day to Add new users, and have a quick check of recent threads. Once a month or so I'll back everything up and run updates which can take an hour or two. It isn't a huge overhead. Really the only reason I want to pass it on at all is because I no longer have a car...

Probably not as much as you'd think. It's not too hard once it's set up. It's the initial bit that's difficult and I'd help with that. Xenforo is simpler than these other environments to look after. The upgrades and plugins so far have just worked (touch wood).

Can I ask why you want to move off xenforo? It's probably the best platform out there for hosting a forum, and it's on a dedicated server so it's quick. The database and web folders for this forum are huge. It goes back to around 2003 iirc.
