    What year are these from?

Hi. I've attached a couple of photos. These are a set of wing mirrors I got in a selection of p6 parts. Does anyone know what year they're from? Thanks

    Alternator instead of a dynamo.

Hi. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to fit an alternator instead of the dynamo on my 65 2000sc p6? And is it possible to do it myself? Thanks

    Red 1965 p6 interior

Hi. I'm just putting a few feelers out. I would like a complete red leather interior for my '65 p6 including door cards. How much would it cost for something in decent nick but might need a bit of restoration. Thanks

    Leather seat renovating cream

Hi. Can anyone recommend anything to restore and recolour cracked leather seats? I have attached 2 pictures, you can see the colour. The front 2 seats are worse than the back one. Thanks

    Replacement aftermarket headlights

Hi, saw these on ebay, (see attached pic), and wondered if anyone had bought a set or had experience with them. The only thing I would add is a relay. Thanks

It's my first p6, but not my first classic. Late 90s I had a ford consul, after that hillman super minx, ford anglia 105E super, mk1 Cortina then the last one I had was another 365 consul hi line. In between that I had a suzuki gt500 twin.

One more thing, about 3 or 4 weeks ago I was coming back from Bridgewater and a red p6 was turning right. The dates a bit vague, but was it you by any chance?

There is surface rust on the steering arms, but a wire brush will sort that out. The paint job on the rear wing and rear O/S door isnt too bad but a fine polishing paste and a buffer will sort that out too. Overall I'm happy with it and even on a fairly cold morning with full choke it started...

Hi. The car is surprisingly good, just the usual seized front calipers with being stood. The only real bugbear is the rubber seals on the cylinder head have perished letting oil leak out, (I believe that's where it's coming from). It means I will have to change the head gasket in the near...

Hi. Does anyone recognise the profile of this rubber? Was told it was a p6 front screen, but doesn't look quite right. Thanks.

    65 p6 caliper problems

Yes, I want to try and keep it as original as possible. Got my new pads, (and calipers), from MEV spares £14.95 + £4.95 p+p. Seems a good price to me. Spoke on the phone and seems like a fair bloke. When I took the old calipers off, the pads had hardly been used, so I thought they're going to be...

    65 p6 caliper problems

Thanks, that's what I thought too. It's a lot of work for a car that won't be used much. I'd like to keep it as original as possible.

    65 p6 caliper problems

Hi. One caliper on the driver's side is really stiff and now ive moved it there seems to be a small leak, but the other one refuses to move after being pushed back in with the vice. I've not touched the passenger side yet, but I can only assume it's going to be the same. To make things easier I...

    65 p6 caliper problems

Hi, a couple of questions. Trying to change the pads on my 65 p6 has revealed I'm going to need replacement front calipers. The part no. Is 688382 and made by Dunlop which were the same as fitted by jaguar. I suppose they are interchangeable, (jag to p6), because it's the same part no. Or...
