2000 clutch bolt lock tabs

Try to straighten the ones you have on an anvil, or on the back of the vice. Then you may be able to reuse them.

You could use blue thread locker. You can get blue thread locker apart without heating afterwards. Only use red thread locker if a shop manual tells you too.

I would pay the money for new ones. If they are not available then I would consider using thread locker compound and lock washers only as a last resort. I prefer to put things back the way the engineers designed things in the first place, unless there is a real good reason not too.
