2200 TC rims on a 3500 Auto?

In a brakers yard a found an 200TC with nice powdercoated wheels. I would like to exchange them for my rather rusty wheels that came with tehe car.
Saving me the trouble of cleaning and paint/ powdercoat the rims. But I see different partnumbers for 2200/200 and 3500 rims.
Are the rims really that different?

Hi, Yes, they are narrower and have a different offset.
