After a 134 mile drive yesterday and my usual 8 mile trip today in buttercup, it dawned on me that I filled up 340 miles ago and I'm still running the same tank the most I was achieving before was 280 miles, the only change during this time being the addition of the bonnet scoop. So could it be the extra air into and around the carbs has increased my fuel economy? If this is the case wish I had done it sooner as it feels more responsive and with the added economy I have the best of both worlds
Any thoughts?
