cylinder head upgrade

im sure i read somewhere that changing the heads. for sd1 heads improve performance and that they were easily identified by a casting number i have found some heads but not sure what the number should be the ones i have found read (erc 0126)would these be any good?
 
The simple rule is if it has single valve springs then it's a large valve head and its the one you want. If you are very lucky the very last heads are different castings and are (marginally) better again.
