Drivers seat belt

I have a couple of builders buckets to sit on and harnesses are a PITA. I only go slowly ;) so should be OK
Anyone ?

Not in Suffick mate.
The trouble with harnesses is - they have to be tight to be effective, when you get fed up with being squeezed and let them of a bit they rattle. You can't reach the knee bins to get your shades out, so you don't look cool. You cant reach the switchgear, so you crash if it rains or gets dark, and most importantly, if you have a crotch strap you can't scratch your balls.

SBS refurbished my fraying seat belts last year, with the correct webbing as used in the originals, and new inertia thingydingys, so I could continue to use the original stalks with the little gold viking ship emblems. I was very happy with their fast and friendly service and delighted to receive belts that actually retract snappily! Highly recommended.

Seat belt is out, boxed up, being collected tomorrow, off the SBS. Friendly folks on the phone. Have asked if they have any of those 'dropper' arm, lowering thingy bobs to stop the belt sawing into my neck.

BIB Is that a technical term?;)

I know that you know what I meant to say. I could have put it a different way, but then you would not have known what I know.

I could not possibly comment on that, there are things that I could comment on, but not that one.
