Driveshaft bolts

Does anyone know what size the bolts that connect the driveshafts to the rear brake discs are? I seem to be missing one :shock:

I had both back wheels off to do some pre-MOT checks and spotted one missing on one side and the other 3 on the same side were loose :shock:

My parts catalogue lists them as "special bolt", part no 540834 on page 12 57. Car is a 72 3500S

They are a special bolt fitted with a special washer. I have a 5 gallon drum full of bolts from the many P6's that have given their lives so others may live on, please don't ask me to find you one..........

Just had a look on Wadhams' website and he lists both the bolts and lock tabs. Wonder what makes them "special"?

It's not a standard bolt size, it's bespoke for that application.
