This is a very rare beautiful example of a Rover 2000 P6 For sale.

This 1972 Rover has only 25000 miles on the clock from new and has only had 2 owners from new and spent most of it life in a garage and being shown at P6 shows.

The colour is cameron green and totally beautiful in and out

Isn't that the rubber mat that's a bit wavy rather than the shelf being warped?

No, definitely the shelf, they're well known for it. You can see it dipping down below the level of the speedo & the rev counter pod. The rubber mat itself can't warp, it can & will only follow the profile of the supporting surface.
It's no big deal to fit another though, as I said.

I've never seen one do that. Another first for me, and I don't get many of them with P6s these days.

They do it - mine's warped as well, but not quite as noticeably as the one above.

Mines warped too - I always thought it was because mine is air conditioned and the outlet temp created a warp . Got that wrong -again!

as the older members may remember back in late 60s to mid 80s we use to have grate whether and desantly made cars now days whether pants cars made poooowwwwww ?????????/ this climate change I feel is the real resonance that this working has come out in most old cars and yes mine is the same lol and the rover for sale looks well clean good luck with sale
