front pistons

Morning all,
replacing front brake pads, which have cone out fairly easily. I'm now struggling to push back the pistons. Any hints and tips?

Try slackening the bleed nipples, although if they are that hard to push back I wonder if the flexible hoses are partially collapsed internally.

I have used small G clamps in the past to wind them in. Take care to ensure they go in square else it will be a real pain.

Thanks both..... eventually shifted them with a pry bar..... new pads in and now working well. Stops in a srtaight line no juddering.
Thanks again
