Hi all my heater box was leaking water into the car from the outside looking at the heater box it looked ok
When I pulled it out its toast underneath full of the tin worm,
I have another box in again bad condition I am going to change over bits to make a new good box how do you get round the spot welds any advice of how to get this apart without wrecking the box its taking longer to get it apart then it is to rebuild it and to put it back in lol

Also I want to use the car without a box I already got some pipe for the water hose.
Is anyone else running without a heater box?
Can anyone suggest whats best to fill the wholes up with in the bulkhead area to stop the rain coming in?

Any help most welcome Thanks

my car has never had a heater , the box is there, but no pipes connected, not sure how to connect anything up anyway.
Mike gave me air conditioning equipment but that is on the back-burner, until I can get the actual car running again..now thats another story in
other posts, still no result , no running, a dead car from the 70's..
