High Price parts!

Possibly a bit steep, but I paid £60 for mine (which were NOS in original packaging) about four years ago.

I've got a few sets of orange ones kicking about. Don't think I could ever justify spending £60 over "ten a penny" on the basis of style over functionality. Then again I was never known for being the sylish sort :wink:

Seems I've got myself a bargain at the weekend, bought a pair for £20.99 plus postage £2.50 should get them weds/Thursday and he is giving me the orange bulbs too, which I am going to spray silver to camoflarge them behind the lens have tried this idea out and they still light up orange :idea:
 
To be honest I was only just about OK with the money I paid, but I don't think I'd have bought them at £100.

Still, I like them and it makes me happy.

Guy, are those the ones that ended around 1pm on Saturday?? I put the starting bid on those as soon as I saw the listing, but forgot about them as I was working on the car all weekend :( It's bloody typical that is, I only need one aswell!..I'm not paying 100 quid though! :LOL:

I'm going to out do everyone and fit orange bulbs with orange lenses. Bloke down the pub said he would do me a set for £200 :LOL: .
 
Clear lenses were US market too. I got some of American Ebay a few years back, don't think I paid more then $10-$15 each though. Certainly wouldn't have paid that!
There is also a guy who sell on Ebay UK under the name 'Parts from Cyprus' or something like that. He occasionally lists these and the red rear lenses too.

I bought some new orange sidelight lenses from that 'parts from cyprus' fella a while back. They were very reasonably priced inc postage. They took over a month to arrive though :LOL: but I wasn't in a hurry for them.

Spoke to the seller seemed a nice guy has a p6 and a Marcus told him about this forum as he has recently bought his p6.
So he may be joining us on here soon. Spreading the word :)
