Hi All,
I am asking for a friend is this a rare factory P6 etc??? as the vin plate looks very different Chris W where are you i bet you will know ;)

BTW it's from this where you see front/rear axle loadings that you know you don't need as high as 90H which the Sprint classic tyres are. The common 88 rating is fine.

German export market plate. Usually found on German (funnily enough) and Swiss cars :)

The later Aussie cars also had their own plate, and I think South Africa did the same..

Sure did Chris. All the series 2 Rovers assembled in NZ for the Australian market carried both a British Leyland plate featuring all the compliant Australian design rules (ADR) and factory assembly plates fitted in NZ.
