Loads of s/h and new remanufactured parts for sale

Anyone bought stuff off this thread? Paid for some screen rubbers on 2nd of April, now the 14th and still no delivery received !!

looks like I am not only one seeking auto selector panel part. sadly think I have missed boat. wonder if there is a demand round world for these ? possibly needing car club to see about remanufacture ? though prices would likely put most off.

I recently sent one to a German member with a P5B, broken clip but fair condition otherwise. It was packed in with some other parts but on arrival it was broken in half.
I'd say there is definitely a fair-sized market for re-manufacture though whether that will happen is debatable.

I bought a hand break rubber. It did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but it DID arrive and I'm very pleased with it. Joseph is young (16 I think), knowledgable and genuine if a little (too) slow.
I wouldn't use him if you are in a hurry. Hope you get the parts soon..

Peter

Joseph is a good lad - drop him a PM and I am sure you'll get a response. Like Peter said, he's one of the younger forum members so he's probably off doing whatever stuff a lad of his age does!

Now the 1st of may, Joseph told me he had posted them on good Friday, have messaged him on here and on Facebook, not very impressed and far from happy, if anyone knows him could you have a word, if he can't send the rubbers then I will accept a refund and say no more about it

On the auto plate needs. (Admins please let me know if this is too close to advertising!).
I run a company that reverse engineers and fabricates NLA parts normally for exotic classics. I reckon there would be a way to re-manufacture these parts using additive manufacturing (3D printing) with little in the way of setup costs. I normally ask for a good or at least cleanly broken part that I can use to scan and recreate in CAD, the part is then recreated in an appropriate material that at least as strong as the original, normally its stronger and looks original.
If anybody would like to post an image of a plate I can tell if its something we can do.
Best,
Steven

www.additiverestoration.com (we need to update the website as it doesn't list all that we produce so far)

I knew someone that was manufacturing them back in the early 1980s, so I'm sure that you could do something now.
