Number Plate P6 WJK - anyone interested?

Hi

I bought my last car (a Honda) with the registration P6 WJK - I thought no more about it until my local garage said that someone with a Rover P6 may be interested .....

So......is anyone up for it - I have had it valued on a couple of Registration Plate sites and they are averaging at around £500 plus costs of transfer etc - but would be open to offers
 
Indeed so.
You cannot put a registration number on a vehicle older than the issue date of the plate. Hence the amount of P4, P5 & P6 numbers on the DVLA sales lists for a couple of hundred quid or so.
 
On the subject of personal numberplates, I have to say I like the plate that John McGuinness (all time second highest number of wins at the TT in case you didn't know) bought from DVLA for £400 to put on his motorhome. JM10 MTT, which when fitted reads JM IOM TT. Most appropriate. A nice cheap £400 extra on a £250K motorhome.
I hope the leg gets better soon.
