You got a problem with my forum ??

Hi Richard,There's no problem with your forum, in fact it's quite the reverse, it is very good indeed.

Pilkie is talking about the RP6C forum which is attached to the RP6C website, because it is decidedly unfriendly to the users. That said, part of the reason is that as a committee, we took a conscious decission to NOT develop it when the CRF was beginning its life as a separate entity. Instead, as you know, we chose to back you and help make the CRF a truly independant forum for all Rovers and Rover Clubs, that is why we carry a link to the CRF.

And as for the second part of what Pilkie said

An overhaul of our website is getting closer, especially with the advent of a new membership system in the very near future! And at that point maybe we could also look at integrating a direct CRF login with our website, so that rather than just a link to the CRF, our members would get an automated login once their website membership login is approved. I'm sure this would be beneficial to all concerned.

Don't worry Mark, I was only joking with Dave.

I'm going back into hospital today to start my transplant, so I'll have plenty of time to work on the direct-signup / auto login idea. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Hi all. Yes unfortunately it did collapse again, but our superb IT Guru Rob has restored it again.
Rob tells me that the base problem is a server issue which is causing the site to crash, however this should be resolved shortly, when the site is migrated over to a brand new server. In the meantime if you spot that the site has gone down again, please contact me asap at p6estate@blueyonder.co.uk
Please use my non-club email address because this is unafffected by an club server issues. Thank you
