Rover 2000tc Starter Motor Required

Hi, I was advised a while ago that the starter motor on my '72 Rover 2000tc was on the way out, finally it has given up the ghost, partly thanks to breakdown man bumping the car up the drive with starter.

I've removed the motor and its just looks worn out everywhere, so I'm after a half decent working one. I'm not really looking to spend a fortune, as I feel that there further issues with my 4 cyl, however, an example that works half decently would help me to get the car running again.

You should hopefully get one without to much trouble.

You know that the starter is only fitted to the Rover, I went down the road looking for an alternative source.

If you don't have anyluck or are desperate there is a company in Springburn Glasgow will overhaul yours for £100. more than a S/H though.
