ROVER Estate on ebay

The estate version of our car is so ugly it becomes beautiful in its own right. Personally I like the colour. Is the money right at nearly 18k? I guess we will see..

My car was matt Tobacco Leaf, it did not present well. I guess from that experience I cannot feel the love for it.

It's precisely because you don't expect it to shine that tobacco leaf looks amazing polished up. Still I love the quirky estate but it loses the main selling point, namely the styling for me.

It has style aplenty, the way the roof continues uninterrupted and also the glazing line makes it a great look. the tailgate is very clean also.
But whether it is stylish is another matter.
Lots of people call the saloon ugly, and a Marmite car !

I think it's very stylish as is the saloon. As shooting brakes go it may not be the most practical (my A60 Oxford Traveller knocks it into a cocked hat in that regard) but l could live with it very happily.
I had the green custom estate very briefly, about six hours, but doubt l'll buy another, especially for that kind of money.

Oh no they didn't....

I'd want less obvious faults on show for my nearly 18 grand. That's without the faults I can't see.

In fact I probably still have it somewhere....

Not a fan of the estates, but that looks very nice. Don't think much of the exterior hinges on the tailgate though

I had a Triumph once........ (And it wasn't a car or motorbike either)...

Moses had a Triumph, he came down the mountain in it.
