This is a fairly slim volume that quotes billing-out times for workshops; eg: "Clutch replacement: 3.5 hours" "Replace and tune SU carburettors, 4.3 hours"

Somebody kindly sent me a PDF of this but that was 2 x computers ago ( ! )

Would be happy to purchase a print edition; reprint or photocopy is OK

I do have one but its in a box, which is located in a 4 x 3 x 10 stack of boxes at the moment but I will be going though them in a couple of months. Meanwhile, the early 2000 workshop manuals have times with the task headings. in most cases they are worst case scenarios and being written by leyland very inaccurate. R &R of the same component in the same location on two different species like say jaguar and morris can be up to five times different...Mind you the time for a complete respray of a p6 is very good given you have to pull most of the car apart.

Mike: let me know when you unearth the manual, much appreciate your reply and your comments about “Leyland inaccuracy”

I've just bought back and gone through ten boxes of books and it's in there! unfortunately the other book i was actually after wasn't....I'll scan it in the next couple of days and post it on here. its the '72 edition so there might be some slight differences if working on later models (eg. carb removal time). Minimum time seems to be 20 minutes.
