storing your car

My car is getting very little use of late and sits in my pop up garage, what is the best way yo keep it, im worried about the brakes etc getting sticky.

handbrake off on chocks, battery disconnected or on trickle charge, not sure on whether it's best to have a full or empty tank.

Modern fuel goes 'off' in a few months, so I wouldn't store one with a lot in it.

My 2200 has saggy springs at the back, I think brought on by being laid up for long periods with a full tank and tools in the boot.
