Been on me hols in sunny Scotland last week, and saw three P6s - which was nice.

Yesterday, up near Lock Lomond saw a white one, whose driver will be wondering who the nut in the A6 was flashing his lights at - thought I was in the P6

Reg number was BBM something or other.

Other two were at a show at Fortrose - below: -

Anyone on here?

Probably seen them before at some point but don't know them specifically. How did you get on up here? Just the west coast?

Ooh, that's a nice green series 2, with those alloys, just how I want mine to look. What green would that be? Mine was originally Arden but has been resprayed by previous owner a lighter unknown shade.

looks like cameron green to me.

The white p6 you saw, the only one I can think of locally is BBP***L which is owned by a forum member.

Loch Lomond on Sunday late morning? Yep, that'll be me! I did wonder who the driver of the a6 was, most people while appreciating the car aren't quite so enthusiastic!!

Took it up to Balloch for a weekend away with some friends at a food and drink festival, had a great run up the loch side then up and over the rest and be thankful. Carried on down to Dunoon for lunch then caught the ferry over the Clyde and back down the A78 to Ayr. 200 miles and averaged 24 mpg, no beats missed.. Well, a couple but I'm working my way through the list I made! Really pleased as that's more miles since I got it mot'd in July than I've managed in the last 2 years since I bought it. I have a Triumph herald convertible that I've owned for 8 years and I wouldnt think twice before jumping into it and hooking up my teardrop caravan and heading off for an 800 mile round trip to Northampton, twice this July, once for the Triumph rally and then for the silver stone classic. Here's hoping that my Rover is now heading in the same direction regarding reliability.

Hi John

I tend to flash lights and wave at other P6s when I'm out in mine, I just forgot I wasn't

Nice to see a P6 having a cruise about, looked great on the road.

Hi Tam

The wife likes the Black Isle, so East coast, and a long way up. We just like to come back down through the Great Glen, and usually stay at Lock Lomond for the night to break up the journey.

Cheers

Richard
