Triplex sunroof in Roof Installations Ltd. 1971 folder

I would have paid Pd93 back then for a sliding "Hollandia" sunroof in my P6.
Ive got a "panorama "sunroof in my Pug 3008 .I dont use it. Too hot for NZ summers and too bright most days .The power curtain is always drawn. So basically a useless extra. My grandson likes to fiddle with the stupid thing while Im driving . Annoying little "B".
The glass triplex sunroof in the P6 back in the day would have been a nightmare with no curtain to draw against the solar heat and light. Glad I didn't order that useless piece of ****. Just sayin.
I bet it looked sweet with the car sitting on the showroom floor.
Would have been a heavy lump too c/f the standard roof.
My negative thought for the day- I get one a day , according to my missus.

I have a standard sized glass roof in my P38 and right now, the liner panel is firmly shut to keep the Cape Town sun at bay. It will get some use at some point, I'm sure, but not right now.

One negative thought a day is very good

I don`t have any until I log on to the internet and the media remind me what a joke the UK has become!

Thanks for posting the brochure Rudiger, I wonder if they can replace my Webasto for that price?

Certainly a talking point but l also wouldn't be amenable to it in daily use.
I'm not an open top man either, l prefer some shelter from the sun.
