With much regret I am going to have to let my P6 projects go ..various reasons !
So first off
1972 2000 SC Auto in Brown - I started base unit repairs,great interior and panels engine and box worked fine..then a 1973 blue 2200 sc came along with restored base unit (restoration documented on this forum) ..the plan then changes a bit I was going to use the 2200 base and the good bits from the 2000 to make one good P6
The 2200 sc base unit is excellent the 2000 panels,doors,interior etc are in good usable condition
The 2200 engine ran but the P.O suggested in had VSR issues..the 2000 was a good runner (I actually drove this one!) both gearboxes good
Running gear on the 2200 was overhauled
I have lots of receipts etc and parts to convert to TC and manual -2000 tc cylinder head and carbs exhaust manifold etc
Manual gear box prop pedal box etc
Lots of bits of trim etc
The cars and parts have been dry stored
I am more interested in selling the whole lot to someone who will use the bits and complete the project than selling bits separately and happy to negotiate on price
I can post up more detailed pictures etc next week when I get back from Easter hols ...
I am after offers over £600 for the whole lot
