Hi,
IF your jacking points are still in good condition, the correct way is to place suitable round metal bars in the jacking tubes & rest these on axle stands. If your sills are a little suspect, you will need to locate suspension points under the front of the car & use blocks at the rear.
You can jack the car up using a trolley jack placed under the front cross member & also the rectangular block at the rear under the bumper. In the first case above, you can use the jack supplied with the car (it is made to fit the jacking tubes

).
Obviously, in either case, you must have secondary supports (large blocks of wood are great) in case of failure or slipping of the stands
