V8 air filter fixing rubbers on bottom!

hi there,
I removed the air filter from the v8 engine on my pB6 and found the following rubber bungs under the fixing brackets. They look like totally wrong parts for that location? what is the correct part needed for the fixing brackets under the air filter?
P3212990.JPG loosely fitted round rubber bush
under the air filter on its fixing brackets.
P3212991.JPG showing the 2 rubber bungs, probably from
something else, what is needed here to make original?

you're lucky - you've still got some form of rubber mount . Mine were removed by some nummer , along with the rear engine breather , during a service way back. I only found out when I decided to do my own servicing and found all sorts of short cuts had been taken.

I'm finding the same things too, if this had been a renovation of very old house , I would probably have found a hidden priest hole by now.
Every task I undertake on this car is an " adventure of discovery " (did I just say that?)
I hope to gradually replace all the unoriginal parts with new and correct if possible.
Monty Python had a quest, this is mine..............:)

I know the feeling. Mine has the wrong rubbers also as well as throttle bearing bushes missing. I will get the right ones once I have resolved my poor running issues. Wins does have all the bits though.
