What a man - what a wardrobe !!!!!
Buy a couple more items and I'll buy you lunch and beer at the local hostelry.

No problem at all........
....... I am bearing in mind I never got so much as a Werthers Original when I came down to the smoke buying from you
And......... the loud rumbling was H's tummy !

I didn't offer you any other confectionary as l knew your heart was set on a Werthers & l didn't want to disappoint you.

H brings his own nosebag though back then we did occasionally visit the greasy spoon.

I used to pass it all the time while working for Tate & Lyle & often wondered about it.
All the slots were allocated online in half a minute & my lovely wife got me just the one l wanted. Beers afterward at The Husk Brewery on Silvertown Way. :)

So that's why it was so easy and pleasant to deal with you Mark: it looks like we both have smallholdings in the sticks!
Any horses to go with the horsepower?

We’ve got no crops either, but cattle and sheep (making for messy tyres when moving the Rover in and out of the barn). Horses of course, for my timber-hauling hobby, as the name suggests, which keeps the wood burners going.

Huh, stunning lack of attention paid to the cat that was eyeing you up suspiciously !
And horselogger, yup I am a horseman, I used to work with Welsh Cobs and Arabs, showing stallions in hand. No horses here, although we have an acre of grass, but TRM didn’t see that either, he was busy keeping the creases in his pink trousers straight - that’s townies for ya !
Townies think crops grow in lofts, they dont understand fields.
Oh and we have a woodburner too At this time of year I enjoy lighting it with a few bits of kindling and the tax bill.

No townie me. We have two cats, woodburners & we had to remove a dead fox from our back garden yesterday. And not a mark on my pink strides.

Also a mention in dispatches for Mark who (literally) turned up a rather nice special nut for Bruiser's new PAS box. Dimensions supplied by Harvey.

It gave me great pleasure making that nut, it was the first job that I made on my Myford Lathe, inherited from my father in law who sadly passed away recently.
If I had known that you would be taking such a high res image I would have made it prettier

I haul timber with a Welsh Cob, and a neighbour half a mile away breeds Arabs. If you’re ever West you’re both welcome to call and have a run in the oldest Mk 2 P6b known to be on the road. I’ll even wear my own pink trousers ( or red, or yellow: as worn proudly at the Royal Welsh Show).
