Weber carb conversion

Just wondering if anyone has done a Weber downdraft conversion using a single carb head?
Cheers,John

Why would you want too? or perhaps you mean the more standard 4 barrel carb conversion?

I know you are talking down draught ,a mate of mine had twin side draught and they were a bloody racket on the throttle .Not becoming the sedate sounds of a rV8 intake.

But…the picture is a 2200; I have a vintage Offenhauser manifold that will take 2 downdraft Webers on a RV8

Well that explains it, a nice big Weber on a 4 pot would be cool. Is there such a thing as a 4 cylinder P6, why would they do that?
I need to read the thread headers first o_O

Laugh while you can.. by the time your borders reopen, Cindy will have banned ICE cars, and have you all back to horses and carts :D

Ive got a 4 cylinder P6. 4 pots each side of the engine bay, joined in the middle with a lumpy thing.

My 4 pot X 2 is laid up at the moment with head gasket and oil pump issues which recently has got me to thinking about the possibility of a nice Atkinson 4cyl 2.0 litre coupled to an electric motor ie a Honda accord hybrid set up transplant to my P6B, day dreaming I suppose but its a thought moving forward to subvert that naughty Cindy!
