All I will say is regardless of how good the welder you find is make sure they've done a D-pillar/rear arch repair before, preferably many. It's hard to get looking right. You really need to use the available repair panels if the inside of the door shut is repaired because it's a very complex shape. People usually recommend Clive Annable, but you might have to join a VERY long queue.
