Can you get new wiper spindle seals that fit the front decker panel?

Hi, they are only a grommet, you want G38 I would guess. -

Windscreen wiper spindle grommets V8 (2) $12.22 each 514732 (prices in AUS dollars less GST (ie VAT))

and

Windscreen wiper spindle grommets 2000 (2) $ 5.45 pr need to make holes

I just rang them and they confirm that they are OEM grommets, Don't know if UK suppliers do them as well though, no doubt UK members will update soon.
