Hello, is there any that could help me with the diameter of the rear hole for the rubber lip seal.
I would like to change from rope seal to rubber lip seal. And i then have to take the block to a machine shop,

Your best bet is to get a seal and have the block altered to suit that - ERR2640. I make the hole (in a 3.9 block) very close to 98mm using a digital caliper, but I think you need something a bit more precise than that. I made an install tool from a soft drink bottle to slide the seal into place.
