Hi all. I'm trying to see what tire sizes I can use instead of the 185/80/15 and convert to a American sizes
P4 tire size conversion to American sizes

The 80 is a ratio (depth to width), the 15 is inches, and 185 is 7.28" -width. My guess would be somthing between 700-80/15 or 750-80/15 or 750-75/15 would be fine. Depends on whats available a bit. A good tyre should be able to advise what will safely fit the rim width. I always ran radials on my P4s.

180 HR 15 tires are by definition "80" profile and are readily available in the US, both in Michelin and Vredestein Sprint Classic.
