I am rebuilding the bodywork on a 1954 Rover 90 which someone else has taken apart and disposed of the rusty steelwork that's been cut out. I need to understand the way the body is constructed in the area of the lower boot lid seal that runs across the car from side to side. What holds the rubber seal in place? Is there a flange to hold the rubber or is the rubber simply glued in place? I would be glad it if someone could post a photo of this area without the rubber seal in place if anyone has such a photo. Your help appreciated.
