Have seen a post that says the info is here somewhere, but cant find it so far. Planning on putting a 3.9 (1988+) in P6B, converting auto to manual (R380). Have previously replaced a 4 speed manual with a 5 speed LT77, which was pretty easy - rear gearbox mount being main issue. I need some help with how to fit a clutch pedal and master cyl in an auto car body please. Manual cars are VERY thin on the ground in Oz now, so a tired auto is about the only option....
Engine is complete with injection and loom, but unsure whether to use that, or go to carbs.
Edit:-
Also being offered an R380 box out of an SD1 2600 - does anybody know if the primary pinion length will also mate with a V8 clutch? Depth of a 2600 bellhousing would be useful info. V8 bellhousing depth is reported as 185mm- engine face to gearbox face.
thanks
