broken fuelpipe on carburettor

Hello everyone,
When refitting the HIF6 carburettor, I accidently damaged the fuelpipe. I wonder if it is possible to replace the pipe, or do I need to look for a new/refurbished carburettor?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

They are "only" pressed in. I wonder if you screwed a tap in to grip the tube it would be possible to pull the remains out and replace it with a suitable piece of brass tube , perhaps Loctited in to seal

Hello, I had the same problem years ago. I found a brass tube in model making.
Greetings Bernd

Thanks all. Screwing a tap in was a great tip, I had it out in almost no time. I found a 6 mm tube, surprisingly in our local diy. Any tips for getting it pressed in the carburettor without any special tools would be greatly appreciated.
Greetings, Pieter.
