Kühlwassertemperatur wird nicht mehr angezeigt

Hallo, liebe Rover-Freunde!

Seit einigen Tagen funktioniert meine Temperaturanzeige nicht mehr. Wie kann ich prüfen, ob der Fehler beim Anzeigeinstrument, beim Thermostat oder beim Fühler liegt? Die anderen Instrumente funktionieren alle.

Locate the sensor on the engine. pull the wire and ground it to engine - gauge should now go full scale. If yes lead and gauge are good, sensor is bad. If no, lead or gauge is bad - dismount the instrument panel, there is a volatge stabilizer to give 10v to temp gauge and another - pushed onto 2 pins on back of fuel/temp gauge (S2) - these can fail, so replace. Gauge is unlikely failure. There is a solid state stabilizer available.

Kannst du mir vielleicht auch noch sagen, wo der Temperatur Fühler beim 2000 TC verborgen ist? :hoppla:
 
Looking in at the engine, on your right side, below the cover that has the hose to the top of radiator is the sensor - points to the right. Single wire.
