Hi thanks for your reply its the position of the dog in the aux housing thats wrong I need to withdraw this dog from the housing and rotate it a tooth or 2 but can't see how to pull dog out of housing Manuel says screw a suitable bolt into centre of it I tried this but can't seem to get any...

my Newley acquired 2200sc runs ok but the distributor vacuum pipe is tight up against the oil filter I think the drive dog needs to be moved a tooth or two.my problem is removing the dog I have screwed a bolt into centre of it but can't seem to withdraw it don't want to apply to much pressure...
