Thanks for replies, I’m guessing that new valves are just not available any more. I’ll make sure that all connections are tight and try to get some silicon spray grease into the valve.

Mine works well, the delay is variable between 1 and 11 seconds, I just wanted to put some silicon grease on the white control valve to perhaps increase the delay interval, in case some vacuum is being lost around the circumference, or the clearance between it and the valve body. By servicing, do you mean clean out, replace seals and refill with oil or grease? I can’t find anywhere where the synthetic bushes are available, or the inner tube.

Thanks cobraboy, tbh there's a bit more, it jumps out of reverse, noisy in 2nd and a bit rattly all round. 3rd is near impossible from 4th, even double declutching. I will talk to Harvey but I think I'll have to bite the bullet at some point, it's taking away a lot of driving pleasure atm.
