Ahh i seem to be missing a plastic insulator then as i only have one which goes through the top of the condersor connection and possibly goes a little through the coil wire seem to be missing the bottom plastic insulator.

So replaced the flexi, still locking up, replaced the old steel lines with new copper ones from the silver servo thing to the caliper and no joy. Only way to get anything considered like brakes is to have the brake pipe going into the servo loosened so that when i dab the brakes the brakes...

Just been told in passing that it might be the seals in the caliper which act as a spring for the pistons. Anyway to test everything? cheers for all the advice so far.

Once ive pressed the pedal down the pistons come out and lock the pads onto the discs. But when i release the pedal they dont retract so theyre locked on and the wheel wont turn unless i open the bleed nipple. Flexi problem then?

So weve freed up the front pistons in the caliper so theyre nice and free, connected all pipes up. When i push the pedal the pistons come out but dont go back in. Would the only reason for this be collapsed flexi pipe? Or something a bit more involved? Cheers

After seeing that i have no fluid in the box what so ever (oh noes) please can someone point me in the right directions as to what fluid i need and also how much, done a search on here and on google but i am flummoxed. Cheers in advance!
