Happy New Year everyone. I haven't been on this forum for ages (my apologies) but the car has been running faultessly. Upon doing the monthly electrical checks, I've found that the brake lights are intermitent, they worked 8/10 times when pressing the pedal. I've had a look for a switch on the...

    VERY slow to re-fuel

Apologies for sticking this under the V8 engine heading as there isn't any where else which is appropriate. Anyway, since purchasing my P6 last year, it has been VERY slow to re-fuel i.e. I cant stick the fuel nozzle all the way in & pull the lever on fully as it will click off within a second...

    Water Temp Guage

Since purchasing my P6 (V8), the water temp has been a constant 85 degrees (or half way on the guage), until last weekend that is. On the way to yet another car show (deep sigh from my wife :D ) the temp only rose to the end of the white section before it joins the green. Thinking that the...

    autobox slipping - further development.

Rich, When you put it into gear, does the car jolt as well? Mine used to tick over at c1k RPM, but since I've had the carbs balanced, she now ticks over at c550RPM and when put into gear, there's no harsh jolting. Does this mean that we'll be seeing you this Sunday??? :D Lawrence

    P6's on the telly

Harvey, I'm with you on that sentiment, it's a wonder that he's made a living at all after all the effort that Ed China puts into the cars and then sells them on for a very small profit,it may have something to do with the TV regulations?
