I believe Spratleys charge about £250 per wheel plus vat. Therefore the ones on ebay could prove to be very, very expensive, before you can get them on the car.

I have never rebuilt a carb before and have been veruy surprised at the prices quoted so far for such a job. Is the professional rebuild so much better than buying a kit and and having ago myself ? Who would you recommend for a rebuild ? Thanks

I have decided to ditch the points etc and go down the elctronic route (2.2TC) I see there are lots of posts about this subject. Can anyone who has dones this sometime ago give me some feedback as to how it has run, was it worth it and the kit that you decided to use ? Thanks
