Hi from Wexford Ireland new here so just saying a big Hiya to everyone and thanks for letting me join up

I know it's head wrecking,dunno what to do, although I did find out the owner before me apparently used 10w40 only found that out a few mins ago, maybe they ran out of stickers and slapped a foreign one on it ,rover rover rover dear o dear

Would it damage my p6 if I put a classic 10w30 with the proper zinc and phosphorus

I'm stumped why put 20w50 in when it says on the car that you use s.a.e 10w30 new to this and confused

I have it a few weeks little known about it but it's immaculate,only since I changed to 20w50 it's not running properly just concerned

So I changed my oil in the P6B,and with advice I put miller's 20w50 classic oil,not sure what oil was in it before hand but she was smooth,since putting the 20w50 in my oil pressure is alot higher,when I accelerate the oil pressure goes up to about 70psi and a tiny bit of tapping which was...

Cheers ...postage is double the price of parts but ima searching around Ireland .....if I can get part numbers and cross-reference them I might be lucky
