My trusty Repair & Operations Manual states that when rebuilding the rear calipers a lot of the bits should be lubricated with special brake grease Rover Part No 514577. Can anyone suggest an alternative - moly brake grease, red grease, white grease, copper grease or what ? Thanks in advance...

Any tips for fitting Superflex bushes into the front suspension top link mounting brackets ? I have tried using a vice to push them in parallel to the center line of the bracket after warming them with hot water & using plenty of lubricant, but part of the lip of the bush always ends up slipping...
