as I remember correctly, the gears didn´t have a special face side. If you are not sure, contact Real Steal, they are very helpful. Had the same problem as Peter, the gears wouldn´t turn. He made the prof job, I used a mix of different gaskets. You have to look for one or two standard gaskets...
