This 1972 P6B estate belongs to a friend of well known Rover author James Taylor, and is based in very rural Buckinghamshire. It's just running out of MOT, but would not take a lot of work to be a really good daily runner. As you can seen in the photo Chris York has seen it as well, although when we paid it a visit the elements were doing their worst.
The car was originally, according to Mark Gray's Estate database, Tobacco Leaf, and the vinyl roof covering has always been the light colour. Must have been an airy looking car when new.
Mechanically the car appears healthy and is quite a performer according to James, who has driven it on several occasions.
The owner wants, I think £1500 for it with a year's ticket. He may take an offer for it as it stands. If you'd like the contact details PM me.
Thanks
Nick
