Seen an extremely good 3500S today for sale at a Classic Car dealer in Oxfordshire.

Mexico Brown with tan roof, cream leather
Reg Number HGF 536K

Last owner lived in Bristol.

Anyone used to own it or know anything about it's history?
I'd guess it has been professionally restored within the last 5 years.

The price is £6500 which I know is way over what the guides say, but it's tempting!

All advice greatfully accepted by this P6 novice enthusiast

Wouldnt touch it until they take off the outer sills (screwed on) and have a good look at the inner ones!

For that money you could get a perfect one!

Ah - but have you seen his wife and daughters!!

For that money you could buy 4 very rare estates!! Ok probably not as they dont turn up that often!!! However the combined price of both my estates is about half the asking price (yeh Ok they needed a lot of work - but they did come with MOT's!)

join the club and get the buyers guide - its in the welcome pack - its shows you where to look. I'd only consider that sort of money if I intended to keep the car a very long time as you will see from above we think its a bit steep- it really should be as new for that price not 'in good condition for year'!
good luck

For that price I'd want him to TAKE my wife and kids :p

Honestly though, for that money it wants to be very very very good, if not one of the best.

There may still be a Cameron Green 3500 Auto N reg 30K miles
for sale in Wimbledon, Looks like a nice one. I noticed the brake fluid is down so may need rear calipers
£5000 but he's had it in his showroom 18 months and I think an offer would be accepted
If interested , let me know and I'll see if it's still there
