Brake Calipers

Hi all this is my first post so please be gentle with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just taken the front calipers off of my 72v8 and was wondering if both sides are suppose to move as i can get the side wit 2 pistons moving but the other one the other side wont move.

So i was wondering if it is fixed or suppose to move.
 
yes it should move, its always best to get the piston moving via the hydrolics before taking it off, e.g. remove break pads and leaver piston back in and/or press brake pedal and force piston to move out
