Brake lights working intermittently.

Happy New Year everyone. I haven't been on this forum for ages (my apologies) but the car has been running faultessly.

Upon doing the monthly electrical checks, I've found that the brake lights are intermitent, they worked 8/10 times when pressing the pedal. I've had a look for a switch on the brake pedal and I've spotted a threaded bolt. Is this the switch that I'm after or the adjustemt for the slave unit??? Thanks.

The brake light switch is hydraulic and located on the drivers side inner wing around the servo area. I would think that what you are looking at in the car is the pedal height adjustment.
